I've spent 20-odd years turning pixels into dialogue for brands and institutions - Google, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Space Agency, NatWest Group, among them.

Through all of it, one thing hasn't moved: the context sets the visual language, not the other way round. A space agency and a high street bank don't need the same voice, and pretending otherwise is how work goes flat.

What's changed is the workflow. I use AI to take the heavy lifting off my plate , the production speed, the asset churn - so I can spend my time where it actually matters: understanding the human problem underneath the brief.

It's not really about output anymore. It's about holding the thread, remembering why a decision was made, keeping the story straight across years and people. Whether that's a global bank or a local business, the job's the same: turn the noise into something that actually grows.
