Create a 1 to 1 minute 30 second online explainer video designed to help NatWest business customers navigate their credit card account within the mobile banking app.
The video needed to simplify a previously fragmented experience by demonstrating how business and personal banking could now be accessed from a single app.
Instead of a conventional screen recording walkthrough, the concept followed a business owner stepping out for a break mid-afternoon.
The first-person journey to a café kept things grounded in something recognisable - making the point that account information is there whenever and wherever you need it.
Approach
The client responded really well to the final concept, which felt like vindication for pushing past the screen-by-screen approach.
Paired with the right soundtrack and a narrative rooted in something real, it shifted the piece from functional to genuinely engaging.
